FALL FESTIVAL & HAUNTED HAYRIDES

This event is our district’s annual fundraiser for YSF. Your groups arrive Saturday to haunt Camp Alta Mons as paying guests ride by on wagons (all proceeds go to Youth Service Fund). Your group will be respsonsible for an area to haunt. You come up with the idea and implement. Please no big gore scenes. Your group arrives on Saturday and will be assigned an area to haunt. Please note that we are out in wild - so there is no electricity. SAFETY is very important to us - and we ask that youth leaders keep their youth from getting near the wagons as they go by.

Attention Youth Groups:
Your group has 2 options this year for our annual fundraiser “Haunted Hayrides”:
OPTION 1 – Cost $10.00 per person
Join us Saturday afternoon and decorate a “haunted” sight, eat dinner with us, participate in the hayride, clean up and go home.
OPTION 2 – Your group may choose to spend the night at Alta Mons - contact the camp office to make your own arrangements. You will still owe $10 per person for the group dinner on Saturday night.
SCHEDULE:
(note this schedule may change as plans are made)
Saturday
12:00pm – Check-in
12pm-5pm – Haunting set up
5:30pm-6:30pm – Dinner
6:30pm-7:30pm – “places everyone” with Dry Run
7:30pm-9:30pm – Haunted Hayrides (we stop selling tickets at 9:30pm)
Breakdown following last wagon
GROUPS MUST REGISTER TO PARTICIPATE!
Steps to register:
1. Have your group pick a scary idea that you will use at your haunting sight.
2. Contact Tim Craft by Monday, October 6th with your BEST guess of how many you have coming.
3. Show up Saturday!
